VICTORIA WALLERICH / Office Manager
Victoria keeps everything running smoothly from the front office to the barns. Originally from small town Iowa, she moved to North Carolina and quickly fell in love with the equestrian world—especially the western side of the horse world. With a background in farming and 1.5 years at the farm, Victoria balances administrative work with hands-on time caring for the animals and property. She’s especially proud to ride and work with Rio, who she’s built a close partnership with! She is passionate about team development and creating a collaborative, supportive work environment. Seeing the farm continue to grow and improve is one of her favorite parts of the job.

FRANCIS GUMPP / Barn Manager, Instructor
Frances has been an avid equestrian for over 10 years. She has experience in both schooling and rated hunter-jumper shows, developing a strong foundation in competitive riding and horsemanship. Frances graduated from NC State University in 2025 with a B.A. in Agricultural Business Management.
During her time at NC State, she stayed busy working for private barns and serving as a head horse-barn summer camp manager, where she handled everything from daily horse care to teaching young riders and coordinating camp activities. Her hands-on experience across different barn environments has shaped her into a well-rounded and thoughtful trainer.
Frances currently owns three horses: Simba, her personal horse; Nala, her 19-year-old AQHA/APHA lesson horse; and Stewie, her 7-year-old OTTB lesson horse. Whether she’s in the barn, or teaching the next generation of riders, Frances brings dedication, patience, and a genuine love for the sport to everything she does.

GRACE KEOUGH / Barn Manager, Instructor
With over eight years of riding experience, Grace has a strong foundation in the hunter/jumper discipline and a growing passion for exploring western riding. She previously rode for an IEA team and leased a Quarter Horse, experiences that helped shape her appreciation for versatility, good horsemanship, and the bond between horse and rider. Grace believes in sharing a love for horses across all backgrounds and skill levels, and she is always excited to keep learning, growing, and connecting with others in the equestrian community.
